Terms of Service

By using this website (printbridge.bluetoothprinter.in), our apps (Bluetooth Printer+, Simple Bluetooth Printer), the Print Bridge REST API, or its MCP server, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Questions: techpuramtechnology@gmail.com.

The service

Print Bridge lets a phone running one of our printer apps receive print jobs remotely - from this website (either anonymously via a 12-digit code, or via an account), a REST API, or an MCP server for AI agents/coding assistants. The service relays the content you submit to a phone you (or whoever has the code) control; we don't operate the printer itself, and print quality/ success ultimately depends on that phone's own Bluetooth connection to your printer.

Accounts and API keys

• You're responsible for keeping your API key and any device tokens confidential - anyone with your API key can submit print jobs to your paired devices
• Regenerate your key immediately if you suspect it's been exposed (from the dashboard)
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the content you choose to print
• One account per person/organization unless we agree otherwise

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Print or transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to access another account, device, or pairing code you don't own or have permission to use
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the API/MCP server outside its documented purpose

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Free tier and subscriptions

A limited number of remote prints are available free of charge per device; continued use beyond that limit requires a premium subscription, purchased and managed through Google Play Billing and subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policy. Pricing and the free-tier limit may change; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in the app.

Availability and warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every print job will succeed (a phone may be offline, out of paper, or its Bluetooth connection may fail), or that the service will be error-free. We recommend not relying on Print Bridge for time-critical or safety-critical printing without your own fallback.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techpuram Technology Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business, lost data, or a print job that failed to print. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or discontinue the service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice where practical.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
